Information, answers and CONNECTIONS – these are important tools for operating a ministry in excellence. Morning Star recognizes this fact and has developed a number of easy-to-use ministry enhancements to support YOUR journey as a member or friend of THE STAR.
A NEW Ministry Handbook provides detailed information on an array of ministry services from reserving space at our facilities, coordinating ministry events and maintaining and updating your member information.
Our InFellowship system provides a convenient opportunity to connect with other members, learn more about joining a ministry group and take advantage of the convenience of on-line giving and, at the same time, track your giving totals.
Now – we take CONNECTIONS one step further by expanding the use of a new feature within Fellowship One, a Member Contact System. This system allows YOU to contact staff with your questions, concerns and inquiries. You can request transportation, a sick visitation for a family member, submit a prayer request, ask about joining a ministry, clarify a room request or submit a pastoral care request. And most importantly, this NEW system’s tracking feature ensures we are able to document and respond to your request in a timely manner. We want this new feature within our system to become the primary tool for staff requests. Our goal is a response within 24-hours. Please note that staff are off on Fridays therefore, Friday/Weekend requests will be addressed beginning on Monday. So, if you’re ready…
