Morning Star’s Youth Ministry is fresh, new and exciting and committed to growing young persons ages 11-17 spiritually and relationally. Find out more at the ministry’s Spring Fling set for Friday, April 24th from 8:00 p.m. to Midnight at the Security Boulevard location. It’s going to be a night of fun, food and fellowship and, bring your dancing shoes because there will also be a D.J. RSVP by April 14th by calling the church at (410) 747-3417. We will see you there! And Y/E.S. we have a name but now we need a new logo/look. Youth are invited to submit a design idea for the NEW youth ministry logo. Submit your design concepts to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Once all designs are received, MSBC youth will select their favorite. Then, that logo will become a crucial part of our NEW look. The new logo will be unveiled at the Spring Fling event. Here are some more specifics for the logo context.

  • The logo should capture the “Y.E.S.”Youth Empowered To Serve” wording.
  • There are no restrictions regarding colors – although you should keep in mind we would be showing the logo on T-shirts, website, videos, etc. so bright, bold colors (even black) tend to work best with all mediums.
  • The logo must be original work of the submitter.
  • The logo should be a vector graphic, not bitmap image – high resolution, print-ready, scalable vector format. A GIF or JPG version of the logo needs to be made in order to submit for consideration.
  • The logo should be simple and abstract, not be complicated or confusing, and all elements must be discernible when reproduced in small sizes.

Questions regarding design should be directed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
