Join Morning Star as we support Roberta's House, a local grief support center, and March Funeral Homes' Annette March-Grier.  Annette, who serves as Founder and Director of Roberta's House, has been honored to be one of CNN’s Top Ten Heroes for 2014.  The work done at Roberta’s House is a powerful example of how God can use people and organizations to galvanize a community and support families as they heal after the death of someone close. Online voting for the “CNN Hero of the Year” is open throughNovember 16th.  Voters can log on to CNNHeroes.com to cast ballots for their favorite Top 10 Heroes once a day, every day. Please vote for Annette March-Grier, Roberta’s House and carry Baltimore to the top!

Morning Star understands one of the biggest challenges facing many in our congregation and community is providing care for a family member or friend. This recognition has led us to dialogue regarding starting a Caregiver Support Ministry. A survey is available for MSBC members as the teams develops their ministry plans. Than you for your time.
